Let Your Heart Be the Compass
You are the navigator of your life. No one else can decide where you go, what you think, or what you do. Those choices are up to you. You must believe in yourself and trust your feelings when making decisions.
You may wonder how will you know if you are making the right decision. Well this can be a matter of listening to your thoughts and feelings. Feelings are the bodies way of telling us if we are on a negative or positive path. Simply ask yourself "how do I feel?" If you feel good then you are on the right thought path, and if not then you need to stop and change it. When you are getting ready to make a decision you need to stop for a moment and think of how it is or will make you feel.
This is not to say that you will not make a decision that did not turn out to be the right one, but when you do you learn from that lesson and move on. However the more in tune you are with your feelings you will be amazed at how much more centered you feel. The more you check in with yourself and ask the simple question, "how do I feel?" the more you will get to learn your body and it's reaction to things.
So trust your heart/feelings in life they will guide you to what is going to bring you joy and happiness.
